Through Erasmus+ program, we aimed to build upon the results of previous years. Our primary focus was on strengthening newly acquired strategic partnerships, exploring new opportunities for joint European project applications, implementing staff mobility, and, of course, facilitating mobility for our students. All of these efforts were driven by the desire to enhance the quality of education and training at our educational institution, leading to the reinforcement of social cohesion and the competitiveness of the Union's economy. In pursuing these goals, we set the following specific objectives: Increase the number of student and staff mobilities. Send staff members to mobility programs who have not yet participated. Acquire new knowledge on the part of our staff, as knowledge and trend monitoring are crucial for the quality of our educational institution. Strengthen the career competencies of our students, as these represent their competitive advantage in the job market. Provide Erasmus+ exchange opportunities to as many students as possible, particularly those with fewer opportunities. Implement mobilities in priority countries (Group 1 and Group 2). Promote of the diversity of EU culture, dissemination of EU values.
