With the implementation of the Erasmus+ 2021 project at GEA College Faculty of Entrepreneurship, we set ambitious goals. Our primary objective was to realize the principles of the ECHE Charter, strengthen student learning outcomes, increase the internationalization of the faculty, and create sustainable project results. We executed it rigorously and consistently, adhering to all principles of the ECHE Charter, the institutional Erasmus Policy Statement, and internal internationalization strategies. * * The main goals we set with the project application were achieved and, in some cases, even surpassed, bringing us great satisfaction upon the project’s conclusion. Our aim was to enhance the internationalization of the faculty, establish new partnerships, improve student learning outcomes, and incorporate an international component into as many aspects of our educational institution as possible. We wanted to emphasize inclusion by connecting students and teachers with diverse partners within the European Union and beyond, fostering the spread of European values. * * Through international collaboration, we promoted a culture of tolerance and diversity, simultaneously building bridges for future projects and exchanges.
