Faculty of Organisational Studies in Novo Mesto (FOŠ) has been implementing the mobility of students and staff within the E+ program since study year 2013/14. Mobility for study, practice, teaching and training abroad proved to be important for the gaining new experiences, skills and knowledge for the participants. We strive to establish an exchange of knowledge and experience that enriches students and staff. The purpose of the E+ project was to enable training and teaching abroad, developing key competencies in participants that contribute to their personal and professional growth. We wanted to enable them to obtain additional or new knowledge, skills and experiences, and for both students and staff to start thinking about mobility as an opportunity for greater awareness, career advancement, upgrading of foreign language skills and expanding social network. The purpose was also to expand the network of partners and build new relationships and partnerships, on the basis of which our development and research work can later be increased. An important aspect is also getting to know the good practices and experiences of partner institutions and exchanging them with the aim of improving and transferring them to our own institution.
