The primary goals of our Erasmus+ mobility project were to foster the personal and professional development of staff and students. Participants were encouraged to cultivate soft skills and improve language proficiency on a personal level, while professionally, the focus was on developing both soft and hard skills. In addition to development, sustainable practices like green travel were successfully implemented, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility. The program aimed to contribute significantly to the institutional knowledge of hosting and sending institutions, fostering a European identity and values. Our overarching goals included facilitating growth, promoting an international academic community, enhancing academic programs through innovation, and exploring cooperation opportunities between institutions. The project prioritized inclusivity by including fewer opportunity students and integrating virtual mobility options. In summary, the mobility project aimed to provide life-changing opportunities, enriching participants with a European perspective. The ripple effect of shared experiences contributed to a more internationalized Academia, improved programs, and ongoing collaboration possibilities.
