With the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131-individual mobility project, we aimed to assist our students and staff in their personal and professional development. Through high-quality, inclusive education and training, our goal was to provide participants with qualifications and skills necessary for their engagement in a democratic society, intercultural understanding, and successful transition to the labor market. The knowledge, skills, and competencies they acquired through their mobility experiences would facilitate and support their active participation in a dynamically changing society that is increasingly mobile, multicultural, and digital. Simultaneously, through the project implementation, we aimed to achieve the strategic goals of the University of Ljubljana outlined in our strategy.
