Objectives

In the strategic plan for the 2021 project, we have set the following priorities: Continue with high-quality 90-day mobility programs (SMP) for students. Involve employees in the largest possible number to strengthen awareness of the importance of internationalization. Expand the network of trustworthy partners. Develop the international dimension - implement STT mobility beyond European borders. Similar to the 2020 project, in the 2021 project, we have also set the goal of continuing to raise awareness among employers to encourage students to actively participate in Erasmus+ mobility. The trend where employers inquire about potential hires before students in the fields of computer science and mechatronics complete their studies is becoming increasingly pronounced. Consequently, students are increasingly opting for practical training at their future employers, leading to a significant decline in interest in Erasmus+ mobilities. At the same time, we have committed to continue offering high-quality mobilities to incoming students and staff, providing them with exceptional services. We are aware that Nova Gorica is not a location that naturally attracts students and staff. As a result, we must invest much more effort and work.
