We wanted to achieve: - adding a European dimension to both the institution and the study programme - improving the quality of the study programme - establishing new links and extending cooperation with existing and new partner institutions and their staff; - exchange of knowledge, experience; - to provide an international experience for our staff and students, thus influencing their personal and professional development; - Strengthen the attractiveness of our higher education institution for foreign lecturers and students, as well as for foreign institutions to participate in projects; - improve the foreign language skills of mobility participants - we wanted to give students direct experience in a foreign clinical environment (hospital), which enabled them to acquire and improve their practical knowledge and skills, as well as to compare the clinical environment in Slovenia and abroad and the different approaches. - Through the mobility activities, we wanted to promote greater intercultural understanding - by providing opportunities to gain international experience in nursing, we contributed to improving students' career perspectives University lecturers had the opportunity to gain new insight into international nursing practice
