The Erasmus+ program, with its key measure of individual mobility, is an essential part of the internationalization of our school, which is one of the important elements of the school’s mission and the Erasmus+ Charter. It will also be an important part of the Long-term Development Plan. Not only did we want to achieve an increased quality of the implementation of educational programs, comparable to the best schools in Europe and beyond, but we actually want to offer students and employees the best opportunities to learn about international cooperation and operations. Mobility enables individuals to improve learning competences, increase employability and employment opportunities, increase self-initiative and entrepreneurship, increase self-confidence and self-esteem, improve knowledge of foreign languages and digital competences, more active participation in society, strengthening positive interaction with people from different backgrounds, better knowledge of EU projects and EU values, increasing motivation for further education (formal and informal) and training after mobility. The emphasis at the higher professional school is on practical education, so we want to achieve the highest possible quality of its implementation.
