With the mobility project that we applied for in the 2021 call, we aimed to provide our employees and students with the opportunity to enhance various competencies in different fields, consequently improving their career prospects. The mobility project among program and partner countries aimed to elevate the quality of teaching and learning, strengthen collaboration with partner institutions, increase possibilities for further cooperation in various areas, and additionally internationalize the University of Nova Gorica. The goals of the University of Nova Gorica included increasing the mobility of staff, especially students at all levels, by at least a third (both for incoming and outgoing mobility). To achieve this, we opened a call for applications with an extended deadline, continued the enhancement of the quality of teaching, research, and innovation, and raised the overall quality of mobility.
