ABFHC`s aim in the project is to increase knowledge and competences, which leads to higher quality work and greater competitiveness at (international) labour market. Important aim is also acquisition of knowledge to achieve improvements home, both in the field of education and practice. The goal of the project is to develop the institution and individuals. The main results of mobility project are new professional knowledge acquired at foreign institutions, experience related to work abroad, experience related to the personal growth of an individual in a different cultural environment, preservation, deepening and formation of contacts with foreign partners. In addition, individuals emphasize learning English language. Faculty benefits from mobility of individuals within the project. Long-term cooperation in the project represents an indispensable aspect and opportunity for the development of the faculty and all individuals who do not decide to go abroad. Knowledge and experience of those who have experience abroad are transferred inside faculty. National context is upgraded, students and employees experience new ways of education and transferring knowledge into practice. Connecting national and international gives a new quality.
