With the project we wanted to achieve the following objectives: Objective 1: Our first objective was to prepare the content of educational activities for unemployed people Objective 2: Our second objective was to implement innovative free educational content for unemployed people Objective 3: Our third objective was to involve and train 300 unemployed persons in the project Objective 4: Our fourth objective was to establish a digital and physical project brochure in Croatian and Slovenian language
With specific, environmentally friendly educational content, we wanted to achieve that the target group of unemployed people in the economically demanding corona times learn to take care of a self-sufficient home with as little money as possible. So that they learn to prepare basic and absolutely necessary products at home that are used in everyday life (natural cosmetics, cleaning products) and to grow basic herbs and vegetables for everyday use. That they know how to prepare simple and healthy meals from their own grown or processed ingredients. In this way, in addition to acquiring elementary skills that ensure the basic existence of the individual with the minimum necessary costs and resources, they also strengthen their competences and improve their positioning on the labor market. We strengthened them with knowledge and skills, and at the same time influenced their motivation, self-image, self-initiative, increased social inclusion and strengthened their social network. By promoting the use of environmentally friendly, natural ingredients and the sustainable management of natural resources, we wanted to help preserve nature and reduce the carbon footprint at the same time.
