We wanted to achieve several goals with the project: 1) Understanding one's own personal identity. We mainly focused on the questions 'Who am I? What motivates me? What makes me happy? What am I good at?” 2) Building a micro-community and how to be socially responsible. Our program was designed so that young people could learn what does the topic of well-being and health encompass (emotional health, physical health, social health, intellectual health, environmental health) 3) Learn how to prepare youth exchanges and understand how informal learning works. The project was planned to be implemented in two parts. The first youth exchange took place focused on personal growth, understanding health and well-being, and the second how to build and nurture well-being in your local environment. On at the end of the first youth exchange, we also took the young people through the process of planning the youth exchange, where the first seeds of the following program were already formed youth exchanges. The main purpose of the project is to learn what health means, how to nurture it in your micro environment and how to influence better well-being local communities. The skills and information acquired on the project should also be used in the daily life of the participants.
