In this project, we focused mainly on reestablishing the everyday life we had before the epidemic of COVID 19. The epidemic itself caused major consequences both in the social/societal field as well as in the field of people's physical fitness. The measures we have received for more than a year and a half have caused people to regress. The project aimed to overcome low levels of physical activity and low levels of well-being related to the mental health of young people. The project was aimed at encouraging movement and testing the physical fitness of the project participants. In seven days, we tried to assess whether everyone is doing enough for a healthy lifestyle and whether it is necessary to introduce changes in the field of exercise. During the project, together with the participants, we established a safe space where we later devoted ourselves to the field of mental health. With research on suicide, depression and anxiety proving that sport has a positive effect on well-being and mental health, we set out to achieve just that. We overcame the obstacles of low levels of physical fitness, at the same time encouraging the participants to maintain their routines even after returning home and to spread knowledge among their peers in their local environments. With all the sports activity, we indirectly and directly influenced their mental health, because we also talked about everything that sports for well-being includes in the mentally focused workshops. The youth exchange program included many sports activities, excursions and hikes in nature. During the exchange, we found that participants from three different countries were used to a completely different way of taking care of their physical fitness. The participants were athletes, adventurers or hikers, as well as individuals who take care of their physical activity during work (food delivery man on bicycle, tourist guide, etc.). Since some time has passed since the measures to restrict socializing and the implementation of outdoor activities, both the leaders and the participants had no problems getting involved in mutual relations and getting to know each other. We noticed that many people needed significantly more time to integrate, which is not unusual and we encounter this on a daily basis. Above all, we wanted to further activate everyone and encourage their everyday life to include regular exercise and care for physical fitness. The objectives of the project were largely achieved. We made young people aware of the possibilities of outdoor sports activities (basketball, football, running, gymnastics, volleyball, karate, hiking), which they can do in their home environment and encourage their peers to participate. We raised awareness about the impact of sports on mental health and a healthy lifestyle. We organized the final event of the youth exchange project "Let's get physical" and helped organize the local event "Running Day", which was attended by more than 200 people. At both events, we promoted Erasmus+ and ESC options as tools for the active engagement of young people in the field of informal and international learning. We achieved that young people got to know each other internationally, with different customs from different countries. We achieved all this through informal learning methods and through play.
