The Green Reset Youth Exchange is a response to today's trends of digitisation, materialisation and individualisation, whose "antidote" is seen in the connection with our fellow human beings, the basis of which is contact with ourselves. With this in mind, we wanted to empower young people to feel themselves again and to (re)search for their inner voice. We took a week off from the internet, left our digital media and focused on nature, sustainable living, ourselves and our fellow human beings. The objectives of the exchange are as follows: Inclusion of 24 young people from 4 different countries Improving awareness of the impact and misuse of technology Exchange of experiences on the issue of digital addiction Learning about sustainable living practices Exploring yourself and discovering new areas of interest through mutual exchange and inspiration Learning beneficial uses of digital technologies as opposed to harmful ones Experience the absence of technology to reconnect with yourself In contact with themselves and others, the participants will look for a field, an activity that fulfils them Plan of activities after returning to the home environment (e.g. establish contact with a local association or group that works in the chosen field of interest) Experimenting with different methods to connect with yourself and other people A collection of participants' stories about the change that the experience sparked in them, to inspire other young people to make a change
