A sustainable and environmentally friendly lifestyle is becoming more and more important in times of excessive consumerism. That is why the project partners and our young members decided together to tackle this topic within the framework of this project. The project was very useful for all the project participants, for the project partners, as well as our local environments from which project partners come. Especially because the reduction and processing of waste does not have the same social importance in all EU countries. All of our partners agree that young people today are very passive and to a large extent just wait for someone else to find a solution for them and only then they become active, which is why we motivated them to be proactive within the framework of this project. We encouraged young people to think about the world around them and express themselves better. Our project was closely related to the general objectives of the Erasmus + program. Within the framework of this project, we enabled their personal growth and to gain new useful knowledge in the field of sustainable lifestyle, as they developed innovative ideas for reducing waste and for processing waste materials into commercially interesting products. With the help of this project, we strengthened the European identity of the young participants. They also became more active European citizens.
