The aim of the youth exchange project called Interkultualog was to establish better communication. The participants were taught different communication methods. The "Interkulturalog" youth exchange is in line with the goals of the ERASMUS+ program and the EU youth strategy. We wanted to involve our participants in new forms of communication with people all over the European Union who share the same opinions, different ones, or maybe don't have any opinions at all. We wanted to connect individuals through good intercultural communication in order to bring them together and have them maintain an informative and constructive dialogue. We wanted to empower them with communication tools that they can impart on and share with others. "The goal of youth exchanges is to promote intercultural dialogue, learn about each other and foster the European spirit." (Guide to the E+ program ;124) We are aware that intercultural dialogue takes place at every youth exchange, but in this project we delved more deeply into this topic, as we wanted to highlight how important it is. We equipped the participants of our youth exchange with communication and business tools for successful communication. These objectives are also covered in two specific objectives of the ERASMUS+ programme: - improving the level of key competences and skills of young people, including young people with fewer opportunities, -encouraging their participation in the European democratic lifestyle and in the labor market, as well as promoting active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity; The program was aimed at achieving this through a series of learning opportunities centered on youth mobility for those active in the field of youth work or active youths, youth leaders, and youth workers, as well as by strengthening the links between young people and the labor market and by promoting a higher quality of youth work. The programme achieved this through enhanced cooperation between organizations in the field of youth work, as well as with organizations and institutions in the field of education, vocational training, sports and the labor market.
