By implementation of the project we wanted to increase professional expertise of the pedagogical staff and support their professional development on the European level. We have itended to improve their competences and skills in areas of work with diverse groups of pupils. We wanted to ensure that our students feel accepted, safe and their special needs are respected and also that there is an equal approach to education of all students and there were created conditions for better acceptance of diversity among pupils and teachers and space for their satisfaction and success. By implementation of the project we wanted to achieve professional development of the teachers who share their inovative knowledge, experience and skills with other colleagues and inspire them. Only educated and well prepared teachers can bring a positive change into innovative education what is a long-term aim of our school. We also wanted to integrate our school to international cooperation on European level and we succeeded in it and now we participate on the project STEMAction for the Future 2021-1-ES01-KA220-SCH-000029752.

We have and an increasing amount od students from different nationalities, different social and cultural backgrounds and those with special needs from talented to students with different disadvantages. The big differences between students sometimes lead to frustration and conflicts. The need and neccessity to manage this diversity was leading to a project Inclusion and innovation, so that our teachers would learn to manage these challenges, to acquire new methodology and techniques, to implement them and share with other colleagues and motivate them.
