The main aim of the project was to give students the opportunity to further develop their professional knowledge and language competences. The secondary goal was to provide the possibility of a foreign internship for students and getting an overview and experience on how they can use their expertise in real conditions. Another goal was to guide them to independence.
The project builds upon the educational activities of our school. Since we are a secondary vocational school, students can use the knowledge gained during the professional internship also in their subsequent professional life. Projects of this type greatly help us in the motivation of students. The professional internship in such a form is more intense than practical lessons at school. With this opportunity, we wanted to develop the knowledge, skills and competences of students in their professional life, as well as their language competences.
