By implementing the project, we wanted to improve the quality of our VET with an emphasis on the expected needs of the labor market, develop key competencies, hard and soft skills of participants, allow them to share experience with peers through informal learning. Promote inclusion and diversity, involve disadvantaged students in the learning mobility, support the European dimension in learning and internationalization, multicultural education, personal development of the participants.
Educational mobility was an experiential form of practical training in the form of work-based learning and job shadowing with a huge benefit for individuals and the school. It meant added value to studies, the opportunity to gain new work and life experiences abroad, get to know different cultures, visit attractive countries and communicate with partners and peers. With the project, we responded to strategic European and national documents in the VET and our learning needs with the aim of enabling participants to access innovations in the field that are difficult to access in domestic conditions. The school expanded its network of partners and improved its image on the education market. We made the benefits of mobility available to disadvantaged students on the basis of a fair offer of opportunities, transparent selection, consideration of merit, educational needs and personal development. Certificates from companies and Europass Mobility will increase students' chances for a better career We implement the acquired knowledge and experience into teaching and the School Education Program.
