The aim was to promote the internationalisation of higher education, mutual exchange of experiences & cultural enrichment. In addition to academic development, the project has also enabled networking of individuals or workplaces to continue the established cooperation. SMS and SMP mobilities should develop the academic and professional skills of the participants, enable the transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice and contribute to their personal growth. The aim of the teaching mobilities was not only to transfer the experience of individual teachers to each other (regarding the ongoing accreditation) but also to offer their expertise to students at the host institutions. At the same time, the aim was to gain a better insight into the content of the curricula offered, in particular to discuss the complementarity of the programmes, so that SMS mobility would have an enriching and not only alternative character. The STT mobilities aimed to examine the effective processes taking place in the receiving institutions and to consider the possibility of implementing them in our conditions. All types of mobilities aim to promote intercultural communication and develop speaking and understanding skills.
