Erasmus+ is one of the most important exchange programmes at the Slovak Technical University (STU). The greatest benefit of mobility according to our students is finding solutions in challenging situations, increasing the ability to adapt to new situations, improving intercultural competences and language skills, or increasing awareness of one's own skills. Thanks to these, students are able to enter the labour market more quickly after graduation. In the context of staff mobility, the mobility improves the networking of universities and the quality of the teaching process as well as the number of opportunities for joint research projects.
