The intention of the 2021 projet of consortium WorkSpace Europe was the same as our previous projects – to continue the successful implementation of Erasmus internships abroad for graduates of member schools of the consortium. The original plan was to implement 197 mobilities and two BIP programs. We managed to implement the project almost 100%. As part of this project, we used the opportunity to include in the project activities incoming mobilities from the Erasmus+ partner countries, specifically Erasmus traineeships of university students from Ukraine. Through operational cooperation with Ukrainian universities and our Slovak partners in the business sector, we prepared a unique offer of Erasmus internships in companies in Slovakia and thus helped 31 Ukrainian students complete mobility in Slovakia after the start of war in Ukraine. We created a unique project that helped young people from Ukraine during their difficult situation and opened up new opportunities for life and career in prestigious companies in the European Union. We are very pleased that the Erasmus+ program opened up this possibility and that we managed to put it into practice.
