The aim of UJS involvement in Erasmus+ was to participate in the EU research and education area through international cooperation and international mobility in order to enhance our position in EU. Our main aim was to support the increase of quality, modernisation internationalization and competitiveness of the educational and research process at UJS. Key focus was to support personal and qualification growth of the participants, intercultural competences, language and professional skills. In order to practice inclusion and diversity, equal opportunities and access were ensured for all mobility applicants. The project reached out to potential participants of different ages and from different cultural, social and economic backgrounds. An important objective was to bring programme closer to students with fewer opportunities. Simultaneously, we motivated the mobility participants to become more sustainable and encouraged them to look for alternative eco-friendly ways to carry out their mobilities (green travel, BIP). In order to improve the quality of mobility processes, new measures were introduced at UJS (Rector's Directive). We have focused on securing opportunities to better establish ourselves in the European employment market.
