Objectives

We wanted to increase the digital literacy of pupils in education and support the formation of their personalities and their mobility in the educational space and in the labor market, with regard to the employment of the individual in society. Our project provides space for the implementation of this intention. The project’s outcome is a newly created methodology using the E-U-R method with the elements of research-oriented and peer-based teaching emphasizing on the individual.

Background

The reason for applying for the KA2 Erasmus+ project was the possibility of successfully applying digital innovations to the educational process in individual educational fields in different countries of the European Educational Area. The project was created at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, when it was necessary to move from limited face-to-face teaching to distance learning and later to hybrid education. The aim of the project was to gain new inspiration in working with digital technologies and tools at an international level. To assess the status of schools in the field of digital transformation, we decided to use the SELFIE tool. The partner schools were asked to create methodical lessons in selected subjects using digital applications. The developed methodologies were presented by teachers and students from the partner schools during an international online scientific conference, which not only involved the creation of methodological materials, but also practical use in everyday school life and the development of communication activities and strategies in a foreign language.
