Objectives

Through the implementation of our project, we achieved the implementation of mobility for youth workers on the topics of promoting, supporting and protecting human rights and freedoms and preventing all forms of discrimination, racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism and other manifestations of intolerance called "Make hate extinct", a preparatory visit and other activities. The goals of our project were: Expand/develop international as well as local partnerships During the implementation of the project, we established 10 new international partnerships. We also expanded partnerships with local stakeholders, i.e. 1 elementary school and 2 secondary schools, thanks to which we were able to more closely involve target groups from the given institutions. During the project, we devoted ourselves to improving the quality of our existing partnerships, which resulted in several joint projects at the international level as well as at the local level. Increase awareness of the possibility of implementing your own youth exchange and motivate or teach young people to organize their own project During the implementation of the project, it was possible to organize dozens of workshops to present EU opportunities for young people, and thanks to this, we supported the already established informal group implementing the youth exchange "Different shades of the world" in June 2022, as a still approved project from 2021, as well as the creation of a new international an informal group of young people who decided to implement a youth exchange from the accreditation of the Belgian organization in Slovakia. Improving the quality of participants' preparation for the project In the first half of the accreditation, we focused on improving the quality of the participants' preparation processes. Several changes were made thanks to feedback from participants from the implementation of 3 mobilities in 2021 in Slovakia and from cooperation and participation in dozens of mobilities of our foreign partners. The second half of the accreditation brought the implementation of our accredited mobility, the implementation of mobility approved in 2021 as well as the implementation of mobility from the accreditation of the Belgian organization. During the accreditation period, we were involved in more than 40 international projects, to which we sent participants, when mobilities could finally be realized after the covid period. Thanks to this, we sent more than 200 young people, youth workers on mobilities, and the evaluation of the quality of the training was very positive. Primary/Secondary School Teachers/Youth Workers will use their newly learned knowledge in schools, while learning in a formal way, after completing the Training Courses. Development of cooperation with secondary and primary schools (around Kysúc). We fulfilled this goal of our accredited project through targeted workshops directly for teachers, youth workers, through the implementation of the "Make hate extinct" youth worker mobility, and the participation of youth workers in the mobility of our foreign partners. We carefully focused on monitoring the impact on the participants through personal interviews after the mobility, how the participants use their newly acquired competences in the schools and in the organizations in which they work. As mentioned above, new local partnerships were created - 1 primary school and 2 secondary schools. Mainly youth workers from secondary schools, whether from long-term partnerships or new ones, used our offers. Regular organization of training courses for youth workers By implementing the "Make hate extinct" mobility and a preparatory visit to improve the quality of mobility, as well as the subsequent planning of 2 other mobilities in the new accredited project, we tried to fulfill this goal as well. Employees of the organization, whether internal or external, were also given the opportunity to participate in mobilities to acquire new competencies, which they were given the opportunity to use in our activities.
