Summary of objectives in our accreditation application: Objective 1: Many young people know us and use our services and activities, but only in a minimal way. The aim is to introduce them to a range of activities that they can get involved in and thereby increase their activity in the community, their knowledge of the issues, and their contacts with new people. Objective 2: This objective is based on the need to make young people more active and to listen to their needs, the need to give them the space to carry out activities that they are interested in, and consider a community and personal priority. Objective 3: Although as an organization we work with many groups of people, these groups are isolated from each other and do not communicate or collaborate. We believe that by connecting them with each other, we will create a comprehensive analysis of the needs in the community and a long-term plan of action in which local young people will have the opportunity to participate in, as well as shape the future of the community. Objective 4: The need for a structured long-term activity plan for the local community and the city, involving local community members is currently lacking. We have defined these objectives with three types of activities planned, mobility for youth workers, youth exchanges, and a series of workshops for local youth. Under accreditation, although we were approved for everything, when allocating the funding, it was found that the activities with local youth (included in the previous period in KA3 activities) could not be funded under this accreditation. Despite this change, we are trying to meet all the objectives and organize activities with local youth without financial support or with financial support from other projects. In the program period of this final report, we have managed to recruit a new colleague for the position of Local Volunteer Coordinator, who is systematically working with local youth. We were also able to organize two training weekends on social-emotional learning, funded by the DeeGeays project. The young people who participate in these extra activities, which are not covered financially by the ERASMUS+ quality label, help us to meet the objectives we have set ourselves in this project. Still, it is not enough to meet them through youth worker mobility and youth exchanges. Within the framework of the Quality Label project, we organized both planned activities. Youth worker mobility - ESC meeting. Its main aim was to restart the cooperation with European partners in ERASMUS+ and ESC projects. This meeting was attended by our partners with whom we already had previous cooperation and it was somewhat subdued during COVID. To support with the work with local youth we organized a Youth exchange "Interconnected our well-being". The exchange was organized by young people with mentoring from youth workers and thus fulfilled the objectives we had set in the project.
