Our organizations collaborated on the preparation and implementation of the international Czech-Slovak seminar Yodel, which took place in 2023. The aim of the seminar was to bring new and innovative approaches to youth work from various sectors, such as non-formal education, the corporate environment, and formal education. We wanted to inspire each other and share interesting programs and projects that we created or used within the Erasmus+ program. We also wanted to strengthen the skills necessary to create attractive and effective programs for young people that would meet their needs and interests. Goals - To identify and bring trends and innovative and inspiring approaches in the field of non-formal education, youth work, and the corporate environment in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which can be used in youth work - To map interesting programs and projects created within the previous E+ program period that are suitable for adaptation and use in youth work organizations in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. - To ensure the sharing of these innovations and inspirations through an international Czech-Slovak seminar on new approaches to the young generation and thus strengthen the skills of youth workers necessary for the creation of attractive and effective programs for young people. Specific goals reflecting E+ priorities - To implement the seminar according to the program's priority in the area of sustainability (SDGs) and climate change mitigation through its practical implementation and content blocks. - To apply methods and approaches reflecting the digital transformation that has affected youth work during 2020. Translation of specific goals: - Realizovať seminár podľa priority programu v oblasti napĺňania udržateľnosti (SDGs) a boja proti zmene klímy cez jej praktické zabezpečenie i obsahové bloky. - To implement the seminar according to the program's priority in the area of sustainability (SDGs) and climate change mitigation through its practical implementation and content blocks. - Aplikovať metódy a prístupy reflektujúce na digitálnu transformáciu, ktorá zasiahla počas roku 2020 prácu s mládežou.
