Digital Entrepreneurship for Disadvantaged Individuals The purpose of the establishment of our center is to plan and organize all kinds of certificate-certified programs, courses and other services that are outside the scope of associate, undergraduate and graduate education programs and are needed for life, or to provide an environment for the realization of such activities.
