As a result of on-the-job observation activities, the competencies of our personnel have been increased in the context of "Digital Entrepreneurship". Our participants participated in 10-day on-the-job observation activities at the EUPRO course center. EUPRO is a course center working in the field of adult education in Prague, Czech Republic. He provides training in the field of digital applications and the dissemination of these applications. At the same time, the institution, which has experience in the field of Erasmus+ strategic partnership projects, has made great contributions to both our project and our center. Their mobility abroad was determined according to the dates when the host institution would open courses in the field of digital entrepreneurship, and our staff gained experience on the international dimension of digital entrepreneurship through on-the-job observation on these dates.
Our institution operates within the scope of adult education in order to increase the quality of life and employment opportunities of low-skilled adults by acquiring vocational and age-appropriate skills. As included in our 2019-2023 Strategic Plan, 9,046 people out of 13,105 people enrolled in our center's courses are women. This data is a clear indication that women need more skills development and employability. Our institutional needs were primarily developed to increase the economic power of women, who make up the majority of our trainees. Regardless of the field, our trainees apply to our center in order to gain economic freedom at the end of the activities.
