In the Domino Effect-New World-Future Teachers, Active Students project, in line with the school's needs and Erasmus+ 2021-2027 goals; -Teacher; -To increase their professional development with innovative approach methods in education, - To be aware of EU values and skills and to have 21st century equipment to lead students to ensure, -To increase self-confidence and motivation with the development of foreign language skills and digital skills, - Participating in the European network by finding the opportunity to work on a common ground with colleagues from different cultures in the EU country, -To increase the number of projects at international level. -Student; -To enable them to see different applications of environmental policies and to develop a mentality in this regard, -To contribute to their professional and personal development by monitoring EU knowledge, skills and culture in EU schools. -Institution; - Strengthening the European dimension of the institution by increasing its capacity, -To ensure that the institution achieves its former prestige, -To increase local, national and international visibility is one of the goals to be achieved.
Schools are an important stage in the life of individual, where the foundations of academic and behavior are laid and individuals is also prepared for life.Creating positivity in classroom, changing the mood, is done with student motivation under the leadership of teachers.In a rapidly changing world, individuals have qualifications that'recompatible with 21st century skills.Adapting to a series of structured processes that produce and testing solutions,design-oriented-project-based thinking're at the top of these skills.With our school being a project school 3 years ago,more qualified students came with an exam,the staff and students of the school quickly adapt to the equipment required by the new age.In the surveys needs such as increasing the capacity of the institution, strengthening the European dimension, increasing motivation,foreign language and digital skills,internationalization were determined, for this purpose a 3-year Erasmus plan was prepared and this project was applied.
