Within the scope of the project, we aimed to reach the goals of teachers and students in our school, such as understanding and defining cyberbullying, coping with cyberbullying and completing the deficiencies in the field of protecting personal data. In addition, another goal of ours was to create an educational environment where young people, who are the guarantors of our future and to whom we will entrust our future, could feel safer and more comfortable. First of all, our students will be guided on how to protect data on the internet, and then information will be given about cyberbullying and how to deal with it and how to gain these competencies. Within the scope of the project, we believe that we have achieved these main goals. Related to this, it is an indication that we have achieved these goals with the post-test we applied to students, teachers and parents. In addition, the language skills of the participants of the project have also improved. Prejudices against European culture have been destroyed and awareness of different cultures has been created.
Dolapoğlu Anatolian High School became operational in the 1994-1995 academic year. Our school provides full-time education. We have a total of 769 students in our school. The school administration consists of the Principal and two assistant principals. Our total number of teachers is 53. Our school has 21 classrooms, a library, a multi-purpose hall, a library and a science laboratory. Dolapoğlu Anatolian High School is a school that provides education mostly in the field of numeracy and language. There are 6 hours of English lessons and 2 hours of German lessons per week in 9 classes. Our students also participate in sports activities. It is mostly football, basketball and volleyball. It has been understood that the concept of cyberbullying is one of the main problems in our school and the importance of the concept of cyberbullying in the surveys we have done in our school. For this reason, with the decision we have taken as our school, we have decided to do a project on cyberbullying.
