Moreover, it will be possible to accomplish this by meeting the unique gaming needs of children. In addition to all these, it will be possible for our teachers to meet European culture and develop their foreign language skills by taking part in an international mobility project, and in parallel with this, they will lead in order to create European added value in the institution
The process has become difficult at times for teachers and students who started distance education quickly and unprepared. It has been determined that the limitations of the online environment cause the motivation of the students to decrease. It has been understood that traditional physical classroom learning models are not sufficient in distance education. The efforts in the process were not effective enough in stimulating the students' interest and desire for the lesson.Games are undoubtedly an important need for children, but also an adaptation tool.We aim to make the online environment more attractive with digital gamification by transforming the game into a learning tool by our teachers, increasing the motivation and participation of the students and then increasing the academic success of the students. Our goal is to increase the digital gamification skills of our teachers by 20% by making on-the-job observations in an experienced organization and by inviting an expert.
