Our teachers; By using web 2.0 tools, we developed their competencies in preparing digital course content and enabled them to use technology effectively in their lessons. We enabled our students to learn socially with their peers, to become leaders for their families and their environment by increasing their environmental awareness, and to adopt environmentally friendly habits by supporting the balance of nature. We created awareness with our project by raising generations who are environmentally conscious and sensitive to the environment with the waste oil and recycling exhibition. With the mobility activity, besides meeting the needs of our teachers in the field of educational technologies, teachers were provided with the opportunity to see the standards, teaching methods and innovative practices of institutions in Europe. With this mobility, we have enabled our teachers to increase their professional development, accelerate the lifelong learning cycle, improve their foreign language knowledge and gain experiences that contribute to the institutional competencies of our school, enable the participants to get to know different cultures and develop their foreign language skills. Our school started its activities in the 2009-2010 academic year. It is a secondary school operating in the province of Karabuk under the Ministry of National Education. Our school has applied to Erasmus+ projects before and its application was accepted in 2021. Many national projects, eTwinning projects are also carried out in our school. This year our school also received the eTwinning school label. It is a school that prepares students for LGS in the city center, which prepares all kinds of in-class and extra-curricular activities with its staff open to learning and development. He successfully carried out the Erasmus+ project, which was written on the needs of our teachers and students to produce original ideas, cooperate, communicate, improve their technological competence, increase their foreign language proficiency, self-confidence and increase their knowledge and skills in recognizing different cultures. Our teachers have increased their knowledge and skills on web 2.0 tools, their foreign language skills have improved, and awareness of European culture has been created. Our students, who have obtained digital competencies in teachers' assessment and evaluation, have improved their environmental, STEAM and digital skills.
