The main goals we expect to achieve in the project are: Consolidation of our educational staff in terms of professional experience; In addition to the in-service training provided by our personnel, increasing their participation in foreign activities in order to follow the innovations in their professional fields and to transfer these innovations to the education system; Professional experience of both our staff and students at an international level; Our school staff's experience in operating, collaborating, establishing partnerships and project management at an international level; Transfer of innovative systems used in Europe and being a pioneer in this field; Re-evaluation of the physical capacity of our organization by comparing it with the organizations in Europe, determining the requirements for a higher quality education and creating a work plan on this issue; In addition to physical needs, in the light of developments in the sector, updating the curriculum and developing methods to support inter-sectoral cooperation in order to increase the education quality of our institution; Strengthening our institutional capacity to train students to be more in line with the needs of the sector.
Our organization is an institution that provides qualified vocational training in the fields of Electrical and Electronics and Machine Technologies. The increasing need for qualified personnel in the Electric, Electronic and Machinery Technologies sector, which has been developing and changing recently, has also increased the importance of vocational education. The quality of the education given in vocational education institutions and the fact that the trainers are equipped with up-to-date information are equally important. In this context, it is important to increase the institutional capacity of our school and the most important need of our institution has been to ensure the continuation of its activities in the field of vocational education. As an institution, raising individuals who will fill the shortage of qualified personnel and especially the development of our personnel in this field have been among our priority areas. To provide an opportunity for both our students and staff to develop their professional competences and to share knowledge and experience with their colleagues working in the same field in Europe by carrying out transnational activities. was among the objectives of our project.
