Objectives

To increase the professional competence of our students and to increase their success in skill exams to 95%. Another goal of ours is to enable our female students, who are studying in the field of machinery, who have problems in finding an internship company, to have the qualifications that they can participate in the labor market in the future by having them do European internships. To include female students up to 20% of the number of students in the project. Increase in school and professional motivation of our students for participation in KA122-VET projects. A 25% decrease in unexcused absences compared to the previous year in students who want to participate in the internship project. To approach our school's goal of internationalization by increasing the number of internship projects we have implemented, which was one before.

Background

Our school carries out Anatolian Vocational and Anatolian Technical high school programs. In the Anatolian technical high school program, students have to do a total of 200 hours of industrial internship in 2 summer terms, and in the Anatolian Vocational High School program, they have to do vocational training in enterprises for 3 days a week in the last year. Our project has enabled students to carry out a certain part of these studies in companies in Budapest., which they are obliged to do.
