Background

As Tepealan Multi-Program Anatolian High School, our primary goal is to train our students in line with the needs and demands of the sector and to graduate them as qualified intermediate staff. Our project has been prepared in line with this goal and has eliminated the lack of professional skills experienced by our participants in 'maintenance and repair of energy boards'. Our students, who are involved in internship activities in successful enterprises in Europe, have been freed from the lack of professional skills they experience due to the lack of in-house workshops and the inefficiency of on-the-job training, and have access to new and innovative equipment. After the mobility activity, our participants gained professional equipment in the maintenance and repair of energy panels, which we encounter in homes, workplaces, in short everywhere with electricity connection, and also learned many details, including periodic maintenance. Our project enabled our students to achieve versatile development in a short period of 1 month and increased their personal and cultural competencies.
