#The Main Purpose of the Project; Vocational fields that are common and in demand in our institution Şehit Kaan Çalin Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School; 18 students, 3 accompanying teachers, 2 new graduates and 1 accompanying teacher studying in Information Technologies, Motor Vehicles Technology and Electrical-Electronics Technologies participate in innovation and digital transformation themed practices and internship activities in developed EU countries and transfer good and quality practices there. In addition; Formation of different and new ideas, Developing competencies within the continuous vocational education and lifelong education approach, By creating a qualified workforce, improving the qualifications of the institutions in our country and contributing to the welfare of the public they serve, Increasing the attraction to related areas, It is the realization of the institutional as well as the specific goals of a number of participants, such as gaining the ability to work together.
The reason for the preparation of the project is that the project owner school is in a closed area with limited opportunities, the dropout rate in vocational education institutions is high, and although the theoretical information is given to the students in the project owner school by experienced teachers, there are not enough enterprises to be implemented in the region and there are insufficient applications. In addition to this, there is a need to gain theoretical innovations with the continuous development and change of knowledge in related fields. It was acted upon by the need of the participants to see the practices in their fields with the exchange project in EU countries, to participate in the practices, to apply and to transfer their gains on the basis of knowledge, first to the school where they studied, then to the institutions where they work and to our country. The development in the areas included in the project is not only in the field of application, but also in the developing and changing world, on the basis of theoretical innovations, and naturally, the need for students to see/participate/study both the theoretical and the applications in place arises.
