The implementation of the Erasmus+ project at our University, specifically under Key Action 1 (KA1), aimed to achieve several key objectives related to supporting learning and training mobility for students, teaching mobility, and training mobility for staff. Here are some overarching goals that might have been sought through the implementation of the project: Broadening students' perspectives through exposure to different cultures, educational systems, and teaching methods. Offering teaching mobility for academic staff to exchange best practices and methodologies with international counterparts. Providing training mobility for staff to enhance their skills and expertise in specific areas relevant to their roles. Fostering partnerships and collaborations with universities and institutions abroad. The successful completion of the Erasmus+ project with a total of 197 mobilities indicates the achievement of these objectives. The university has likely seen tangible outcomes, including the development of a more globally engaged student body, enriched academic programs, enhanced teaching methodologies, and strengthened ties with international partners.
