This Mobility of Learners and Staff Project aims to enhance internationalization strategy through mobility of University students and staff between Program and EU countries. AGU's mobility objectives are listed below; -Giving AGU students and staff the opportunity to increase their international experience, dimension and gain new knowledge, skills and methods in internationally qualified HEIs -Increasing AGU’s presence on the international arena -Increasing AGU’s international development on campus with the presence of many international students and staff -Giving European students the opportunity to learn new knowledge, skills, methods and culture in AGU,a HEI with high quality facilities and staff By implementation of the project AGU; -Increased the quality of students, researchers and academicians through mobility; by exposing them to different educational, social, and cultural environments -Increased the diversity of AGU -Complied with European teaching and diploma standards -Increased the attractiveness of AGU -Produced multilingual graduates -Increased the national and international ranking scores -Brought research and curricula levels up -Improved the quality of teaching staff -Benefited from EU network
