As a growing university, Bursa Technical University (BTU) has long-term goals of internationalization. Our objective is to offer our students the opportunity to spend time abroad during their education to take a step to become a world citizen and get to know other cultures and learn different languages. Increasing the number of incoming staff and students to BTU is another objective. As the number of mobilities alloted to BTU is low, it is our priority to try and share the available funds as equally and fairly as possible between the different departments, faculties and graduate school. Mobility for Administrative staff is also promoted at the scale of the university. Moreover, young researchers studying for their master's degree or PhD and at the same time working at BTU are encouraged to participate in the staff mobility for training programme in order to extend their research networks, learn about new practices in programme countries and also help in making BTU known outside of Türkiye.
