Within the scope of our 2021 KA131 project, we aimed to utilise the budget provided to our University for maximum benefit of all parties. We were able to compensate for this gap by transferring selected students between projects (if the project dates were amenable) to the next project period, thus increasing the project budget utilization rates to over 95%. Due to the chaos experienced during the pandemic process, student election procedures could not be carried out for a time. We lost a full term because of the earthquake 2020 and 2021 projects impacted extremely. Within the scope of the 2021 project, 16 education (student), 1 internship (student), 5 lecturing (staff) and 25 training (staff) mobilities were done (47 in total). Therefore, 19800 euros, which could not be used in student mobility, were transferred to personnel mobility. We tried to use the grant by moving all personnel on the reserve list selected for personnel mobility to a principal position. However, despite all efforts, only 81% of the budget utilisation was achieved.
