The Erasmus+ KA1-Learning Mobility of Individuals project was developed to achieve multiple objectives. Firstly, the project intended to equip participants with new skills and competencies to foster their personal and professional development. Secondly, it aimed to promote intercultural understanding and awareness by encouraging participants to embrace diversity and cultivate a global mindset. Improving language proficiency was also a priority, which was addressed through immersive experiences and opportunities to interact with native speakers. The project further aimed to facilitate networking and collaboration among participants, enabling them to build connections, share experiences, and establish potential partnerships. Furthermore, the project sought to promote European values and citizenship, instilling concepts such as democracy, tolerance, and social inclusion, while nurturing a sense of European identity. Lastly, the project intended to enhance the quality of education and training by implementing innovative teaching methods, sharing best practices, and offering new perspectives. Participants were strongly encouraged to acquire digital skills and transition to a paperless workflow to support the digital transformation.
