When aiming to implement this project, our primary focus was on increasing awareness within the institution about the Erasmus+ program and expanding the number of participants. Additionally, we sought to enhance the quality of communication with existing partners and incorporate new universities into our partner network. Within the project framework, we aimed to provide participants with experiences that contribute to their personal development and add value to their resumes, employing various support mechanisms. Throughout this process, we ensured full compliance with the rules outlined in the ECHE, the Erasmus Program Guide, and the Erasmus Handbook, guaranteeing the effective implementation of the project. By doing so, we aimed to strengthen our institution's internationalization strategies and encourage the active participation of both staff and students in international experiences effectively.
