In this project, Kadir Has University organized outgoing student mobility for studies, outgoing staff mobility for teaching and training. Student and staff mobilities led increased internationalization of both the individuals involved, but also the institutions, the cities and the regions. Impact of student mobility can be described as enriched students ‘professional and academic live; raising the level of gained academic knowledge, improvement in basic personal competences/characteristics like: open-mindedness, flexibility, cross-cultural adaptability and appreciation of diversity.
