With the Erasmus+ program carried out within our institution, it is aimed that the staff working at our university gain new connections at the universities and institutions they attend, increase intercultural interaction, observe innovative processes, exchange information and culture, and increase diversity both in their own institutions and in the institutions they go to. In this context, the staff of our institution have gone to many different universities and institutions from many different countries. During this program, it is aimed that our staff observe the developments in the universities and institutions they attend, and meet new people and develop inter-institutional cooperation. In addition, our staff were expected to take initiatives for new inter-institutional agreements, if possible. Our staff participating in the program were asked to improve their social and language skills, get to know new people and cultures, follow the developments in their fields, complete their training efficiently, and in addition to these, they were asked to promote and represent the culture of both their own universities and their countries in the best way.
