Continuing its permanency over the years, our university set out with the aim of completing this project with the same four full-time staff from beginning to end. This team, where the Institutional Coordinator also works as a full-time academic staff, has gained serious experience in the field of exchange programs by managing the project. Erasmus Unit is a unit structured under the International Relations Office. Thanks to the meetings held with our budget performance unit responsible, the maximum number of students we could send with the project budget was calculated in advance and the project was started to achieve these targets. The risks were calculated and the main goal was to reach&exceed the number of students in the project target. The same target has been set for staff mobility as well. By implementing the project, the focus was on both the development of the university in the field of international relations and the specialization of the unit carrying out the project. Thanks to the activities of these expert group Erasmus unit staff, it is aimed not only to exceed the project target numbers but also to maximize the efficiency that the participants will receive from the activity.
