Within the scope of this project, we wanted to contribute to the careers of all our students, academic and administrative staff by conducting a fair and transparent selection process and evaluating them without exposing them to any discrimination, regardless of religion, language or race. Moreover, With the grant we received from EU over our National Agency, we tried to revive the decreasing mobility due to covid. Thanks to the extension of the duration of the project given by our National Agency, we wanted as many students and staff as possible to benefit from Erasmus. We aimed to enable our university students get to know different cultures, and understand the similarities and differences of theoretical and practical education in EU member countries.
