Erasmus+ mobility project is considered one of the main pillars of internationalisation at BAIBU. In this respect, the objectives were to ensure the opportunity for students and staff for academic and professional experience, and for gaining and improving personal, cultural and social skills and knowledge by offering the highest number of mobilities for students and staff with the allocated budget, and to contribute to the internationasalition of the higher education institutions. The project consisted of student study and traineeship and staff teaching and training mobilities. The project duration was extended for one extra year due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the earthquake in Turkey in February, and the planned number of mobilities could not be reached because the preferred countries for mobilities were in high-grant category and some students preferred two-semester mobilities but the allocated budget was totally used. Under the project, 47 students benefited from study mobility and 27 students benefited from traineeship mobility while 13 staff benefited from teaching and 6 staff from training mobility.
