Objectives

IGU places a strong focus on broadening its array of national and international projects. Despite being a relatively young institution, IGU actively participates in numerous national projects (TUBITAK), and BAP projects, and serves as both a coordinator and partner in EU projects, showcasing substantial research-project expertise. Since 2011, IGU has adeptly managed the Erasmus+ Program with program countries, demonstrating its seasoned capabilities. The primary objective of this project is to augment the presence of foreign academic staff and international students, foster increased mobility among students and staff, enhance resources for research and development projects, facilitate international collaborations, engage in partnerships with the real sector, and diversify project offerings. Beyond these goals, the project also seeks to provide students and staff with exposure to diverse academic environments, refine their skills through experiential learning, bolster global competitiveness, and enhance employability. IGU is committed to fostering collaborations with European countries, extending these advantages to all participants.
