By implementing the Erasmus KA131 project, our primary goal was to enable university students to travel abroad, become familiar with European culture, receive education in a multicultural environment, gain self-confidence, improve language proficiency, and enhance their professional skills. Concurrently, we aimed to promote our university on the international stage. In this context, we included both academic and administrative staff in the program to allow them to observe the functioning of institutions in Europe, bring back best practices to our country and university, improve language skills, and contribute to the international promotion of our country. In the 2021 period, a total budget of 158,050 Euros was allocated for the Erasmus+ Higher Education project, supporting 60 students and 13 staff members. Consistent with the main objectives of the program, this project seeks to increase the international presence of KTO Karatay University by participating in the Erasmus+ Program, multicultural projects, and international networks. The aim is to significantly contribute to institutional recognition and the achievement of our internationalization goals through increased student and staff mobility.
